Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the images.
Furthermore included in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
